Your children’s teeth may need fillings, too.
Primary teeth can still be at risk for cavities
It’s no secret that kids have a bit of a sweet tooth, not to mention they’re always drinking sugary sports drinks or juices. So, it’s quite common for them to get a few cavities. Despite that these are just your child’s first set of teeth, they may still need to get treated for a cavity, which would require a filling.
The last thing we want to do is have a child terrified by the dentist. We do everything we can to make sure this process is simple and non-intimidating for a child. Our pediatric dentists are specialized in treating small children. They’re excellent at what they do, and your child shouldn’t fear seeing our dentists.
We also understand that some children have special needs such as Autism Spectrum Disorder. This means they’re more tense around things that set off their senses like the sound of a drill or a light in their eyes. Our pediatric dentists are highly trained when it comes to treating children with special needs. We treat special needs children with extra special care.
