 Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Charges are payable at the time of treatment. For your convenience, we accept most major credit cards, as well as outside financing with Care Credit/GE Financial.Additionally, we will submit all insurance claims for you. Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. However, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 45 days. We are a preferred provider with Delta Dental. Due to our high quality of services to our patients, we are unable to accept HMO’s or DMO’s. |
